Founder & Managing Principal
Carlos Piña is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and business builder with more than 20 years of experience across real estate, mortgage lending, acquisitions, underwriting, renovation, negotiation, business development, and technology.
His experience includes approximately 50 residential fix-and-flip projects and hands-on involvement across the complete investment cycle—from opportunity identification and financial analysis through financing, renovation, and disposition.
Today, Carlos leads Carpina Holdings and its growing ecosystem of real estate, AI, SaaS, homeowner technology, media, and investment ventures. His focus is building practical businesses that solve real problems, create measurable value, and are designed for responsible long-term growth.
